John Busick is the Owner of Bob Kunst Painting, Inc., a premier residential and commercial painting company located in San Rafael, CA. He is also the Co-founder of Workglue, a project management and field communication app for contractors. Workglue is changing the way traditional construction, design, and field teams communicate. In addition to this, John serves on the National Board for the Painting Contractors Association, a trade association that delivers best-in-class education, training, and community for painting contractors around the globe.

In this episode:

If you run a contractor business, what are your biggest pain points? Do you find it difficult to communicate with your field employees and track their tasks? Do you face challenges managing your leads and determining how much profit your business has made?

John Busick used to rely on several different software platforms and applications to manage his painting business. These included a CRM app, a timekeeping app, and a project management app, among others. They took up a lot of his time and energy, making his role difficult and inefficient. John knew something had to change — so he decided to create his own app that consolidates all these processes into one. With this app, he simplified his business and improved his customer satisfaction, and now he’s helping other contractor companies do the same.

John Busick, the Owner of Bob Kunst Painting, Inc. and the Co-founder of Workglue, joins Adi Klevit in this episode of the Systems Simplified podcast to talk about how his app helps contractors manage and systematize their business workflows. John also explains how his company has benefited from automation and how Workglue empowers contractors to scale their businesses. Stay tuned.
