Rachel Charlupski is the Founder of The Babysitting Company, a full-service childcare agency that refers professionally trained babysitters to clients and families nationwide. Since starting her business in college, Rachel has grown The Babysitting Company into a successful business with a network of over 1,200 sitters, nannies, and caregivers. In addition to this, Rachel is also a Women’s Way Member of the United Way of Broward County.
